The Roof Types
I have done many projects for the corporate houses and have been successful so far as a builder. I am also a real estate agent and has worked for the almost all major corporate houses of the town
Apart from being a real estate agent, I am a roofer also. I have done lot of design courses. Some of the major buildings of the town happen to be my creation. This is one major reason because of which I m so successful in the real estate business. By and large, it is the hard work that pays at the end.
My recent work is actually about a new governmental housing society at the outskirts of the city. It is a big project and involves not only houses creation however we have to build hospital as well as shopping complex also. There will be around hundreds of houses.
It is a project of almost four to five years. It might take even longer. So, in order to gear up the things, I have hired few more roofers and designers in order to finish the task in time. I along with my team of designers have been working on layout plans.
The layout and the solidified structures have been put to place. The layout has been finalized by us. All the construction stuff and raw materials have been bought to construction site. We will be making eco friendly roofs so far .
Apart from this, internal walls and partitions between various floors will be all concrete solidified structures. This will be a high rise building and will contain many floors.
For the hospital and the market place will have simple flat roof and will be made using asphalt and the cabinets and another internals will be having wooden roofs. Other than this, ventilation in the roofs and the other things like flashing will also be done in order make it airy and leak proof.
We have been doing things at the fastest speed and we are also getting good support from higher officials as far as money is concerned. The roofers on board have been showing great results constantly and have been working under my guidance. It is my hard work because of which I got such a huge opportunity.
